97-112._—1st. Woman, age about 25; found dead sitting in bed, a handkerchief around her neck fastened to the bed-curtain. The police thought she had been killed and then hung, but the physician concluded that she had committed suicide. An examination of the stomach showed that she had previously tried to poison herself with arsenic.
